Scott Cooper
Scott Cooper grew up around horses, with mother Sue training Arabians and father Harry one of the most sought-after Announcers in the Arabian Industry. When Harry bought a video camera in 1979 as a "deductable training aid" for Sue in training the horses, Scott got elected cameraman. At the next few shows that they went to, Scott discovered that other exhibitors would pay him to videotape them in their classes. That first 3 day show, he earned $700, and decided that there weren't many other legal ways that a 15 year old could make that kind of money. That led to a college degree in Broadcasting and the formation of Seehorse Video after graduation. The equipment overhead has grown from one consumer grade video camera in 1979 to nine broadcast grade cameras, dozens of VCR's, several sets of editors, 5 computers, thousands of odds & ends and a 36' trailer to haul it all in. The video crew has grown also, from just Scott in 1979 to 18 people at the 2001 US Nationals. These are some of my favorite computer sites, and the various computers I have built. One of my current passions, my 2002 Honda VTX 1800 A lifelong hobby |
